Measuring 57 m² in total, it was designed for 2, in a natural setting, built high enough to see the sea, without being seen.
Its 24 m² outdoor terrace with hexagonal pool allows you to cool off, its deckchairs allow you to enjoy the sun or the shade of the Indian woods and mahogani or even gum trees.
It is naturally ventilated by its location, but also by air fans in the ceiling of the bedroom and the terrace - kitchen - living room - lounge or even by air conditioning in the bedroom if necessary.
All modern comforts have been provided. Washing machine, dishwasher, multifunction oven, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. Fridge Freezer. Cooler for picnics or shopping.
It is located in the heights of Pigeon-Bouillante near the Losteau river where it is good to walk and cool off.
Malendure beach, its Pigeon islets, its water activities, its beach shops and restaurants are approximately 1.5 km away.

At the end of the road, at the stop sign, turn left, direction Bouillante.
Pass Malendure Beach on the right, Vito service station and Leader Price on the left. Straight ahead.
Pass 2 speed bumps, turn left at the Birloton sign.
Go straight up to a fork, keep to the left, red and white “La Vi La Bèl” sign. Continue, take the access to 2 concrete strips then right and first left.

"Petit havre de paix"
Quel bel accueil, n’est pas sympa qui veut!
Nous avons donc été accueilli très sympathiquement, chaleureusement et avec beaucoup de convivialité,
La Kaz est située dans un écrin tropical,
Au calme , avec une vue sur les Caraïbes.
Soigné et bon goût, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances ,
Literie parfaite , confort et proximité parfaits ,
Enfin des vraies vacances
À refaire très vite
