The studio is located on the ground floor on the sea side. The small exterior allows you to take your meals in the shade of the laurel flower.
The studio is non-smoking, so please do not smoke inside.

1 bunk bed at the studio entrance and 1 new and very comfortable sofa bed in the main room.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter, a kettle, a dishwasher, induction hob, a microwave, an oven classic and a washing machine.

You have a parking space inside the residence.

This one is on a human scale and the building has only one floor.
The beach is in front of the building, only a small car park between the sea and the residence.

The regional natural park adjoins the condominium, there are no more buildings afterwards and you can take long walks along the natural park and the sea until you reach La Londe-les-Maures and more...

A bike path is in the immediate vicinity, also great for running or rollerblading along the sea.
For amateurs, a naturist beach is located 150 meters from the residence.
