The 200-year-old farmhouse is situated on a 7,500 m2 finca (plot of land). Despite a complete remodelling, the charm and original character of this old house has been preserved. The mature garden surrounding the house is planted with Canary palms and Mediterranean plants and trees, a heated pool is located in the very private part of the second terrace and provides space for total relaxation.Guatiza is a small old village with about 400 inhabitants, which nestles harmoniously in a valley with its white houses. It is located in the lower northern part of the island and forms the backdrop for the 200-year-old, completely renovated farmhouse. La maison 'Casa Amor Indiano' a été construite en 2007 par son ancien propriétaire, un architecte allemand. C'est au sommet d'une longue pente d'où vous pouvez voir l'Atlantique au sud-est sans être dérangé. L'architecture reflète l'architecture traditionnelle des Canaries et la traduit dans une langue contemporaine. Le spacieux salon et salle à manger avec télévision par satellite et une bibliothèque complète s'ouvre sur l'Atlantique sur toute la largeur. Au centre de la maison se trouve un patio vitré ouvert sur le dessus, qui vous invite à vous attarder avec ses plantes vertes et ses confortables fauteuils en osier. La maison dispose de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 à 6 personnes. Il y a deux salles de bain - une en suite - avec douche à l'italienne. La cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée ne laisse rien à désirer. A l'extérieur, vous trouverez une terrasse couverte et meublée au niveau de la maison. Quelques marches mènent à la piscine chauffée de 15 m de long et au grand jardin avec un autre coin salon. Il y a aussi une machine à laver et WiFi.
