House in Balazuc, close to all amenities, river, canoe, restaurant...
In the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the house is surrounded by a large shaded plot of land.
At your disposal, a large heated swimming pool closed with a gate, a barbecue, parasols, sun loungers and garden furniture for 14 people.

Inside, the house is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, dishes, kitchen equipment, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer), a large table that can accommodate 14 people, a lounge area, a wood-burning insert.
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with 1 large 160 cm bed, 1 with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the last one with 1 large 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, plus there is a mezzanine with TV (Orange and Netflix) and a sofa bed.
A washer-dryer, a high chair and a baby bath are at your disposal.
We leave bikes in the shed.
