In the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the house is surrounded by a large shaded garden.
At your disposal, a large closed heated swimming pool with a gate, a barbecue, parasols, sunbathing and garden furniture for 14 people.
Inside, the house is made up of an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, crockery, kitchen equipment, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer), a large table that can accommodate 14 people, a a lounge area.
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with 1 double bed 160, 1 with 2 bunk beds and the last one with 1 double bed 160 and 2 beds 90, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, plus there is a mezzanine with TV (Orange and Netflix) and a sofa bed.
A washer-dryer, a high chair and a baby bath are at your disposal.
We leave bikes in the shed.
We offer a sheet + cleaning package for €150 as well as a bath towel package for €10 per person.
Balazuc, a small medieval village ranked among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France" and labeled "Village of Character".
