Grande maison Ardèchoise avec piscine chauffée

Beautiful Ardèche house dating from 1900, close to everything (town 2 km) and far from everything, a real haven of peace, composed:
- a small cottage in garden: 50 m², 1 bathroom toilet, 1 living room and a room with 2 double beds, with terrace and direct access to the garden and
- a large gite: 180 m² on 2 floors + 22 m² covered terrace, dining area and a terrace of 9 m² with stone barbecue and bread oven (+ outdoor babyfoot)

The large cottage is composed of:
• on the ground floor: a large living room with sofa bed and large fireplace, a large well equipped kitchen with large table, a bathroom, a toilet and a bedroom (bedroom blue) with 1 double bed
• upstairs: in the mezzanine large open room with TV area, electric piano and at the bottom of the mezzanine 1 closed bedroom with a double bed and a large library with books for all ages; a room (green room) with a double bed and a bathroom (sink and toilet); hallway with a bathroom with wc; a bedroom (pink bedroom) with two double beds and a bathroom with a hip bath and sink
All rooms are large and a cot can be added without worry!
The decoration is colorful and is the result of all our trips outside France: Korea, Pakistan, Mexico ...

Many outdoor games are offered: table football, ping-pong, bowling, pool side and garden side football: badminton net (rackets and balls, ball, balls are provided).

The infinity pool is open from May 1 to October 1 and is heated from its opening: attention except great heat you can not promise the 25/28 in summer! There is a beach with a covered and cool area as well as a closed hot and cold water shower and a toilet. Deckchairs are waiting for you to sunbathe facing the mountains of Tanargue.
Several nooks allow you to easily isolate yourself and a hammock is placed on one of the terraces of the pool.
