Exclusively, on L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue: 2 independent houses that can be connected or separated by a gate in the garden (no vis-à-vis between the two gites). You can go with friends or family and have your independence! You can rent 1 house only or the 2 according to your needs.

Immediate proximity to the city center (10/15 min walk). The cottages are in an extremely quiet area (no traffic). You will have the right to the songs of birds and cicadas in season!

> The exterior includes: garden furniture, hammock, plancha, tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasols.

• Gîte 2: up to 4 people with private jacuzzi

> Interior: living room open to the kitchen, the bay window will allow you to enjoy the garden overlooking the jacuzzi, 1 Italian shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 laundry room, 1 bedroom with a 160 bed.

> Equipment: Connected TV, WIFI, Air conditioning / heating, Electric shutter, Double glazing, Washing machine, Fridge with freezer, Microwave

The exterior includes: plancha, tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol.
The jacuzzi: Professional range 6 places (5 seated 1 lying down), the water temperature can be chosen (hot or cool in summer and winter)

• Gîte 1 + Gîte 2: up to 10 people with jacuzzi and private swimming pool

The two cottages are not overlooked, you can keep your independence even with your friends or family if you wish. If the fence is open then you have a common outdoor area with jacuzzi and swimming pool

Location

We are very well located in relation to the city center which gives you the choice of going there by car (2 min), by bike (3 min) or on foot (10 min). The area is very quiet which will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation.

Other remarks:

A welcome booklet will be given to holidaymakers to have the right recommendations (avoid tourist traps)
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.
The tourist tax will be paid on site according to the current rate (price present on the website of the tourist office)
100% non-smoking interior.
The inventory will be made with the owner (a deposit check of 3000 € not cashed will be requested).

Weekly reservations can be anticipated by 12 months
