Located on the ground floor of a renovated Provençal farmhouse, in the middle of the vineyards at the foot of the Massif des Maures and 2 km from the village of GRIMAUD, 7 km from the beach of PORT-GRIMAUD and 13 km from SAINT- TROPEZ and SAINTE-MAXIME.
THIS RENTAL CONSISTS OF:
- a living room (20 m²) where the 160 cm bed is located, very comfortable,
- an 8 m² American kitchen: complete crockery, gas oven and hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, pressure cooker, blender, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, heating, etc...
- a storage room where the fridge is located (with small freezer)
- a bathroom: shower, sink, WC.
- a semi-covered terrace 25 M²) facing SOUTH with garden furniture and relaxation.
- a personal garage for the car and bicycles.
FOR ALL HOLIDAY TRAVELERS:
Access to the owners' swimming pool (option: €50 per week).
- parking - friendly terraces - bowling - WiFi - library + documentation on the region - washing machine -
To relax, a shaded garden and a solarium with 2 hammocks invite you to take a nap or read one of the many books in the library.
If you are sporty: You can play a game of bowls on a shaded field. Nearby you can practice all water activities, play tennis or golf, ride horses, go hiking in the Maures massif or on the coastal paths, etc.

"Un coin de paradis"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Cagnardette, le calme et sa situation idéale Nous a permis de passer de bonnes vacances. Le logement est très bien agencé et fonctionnel.

"UN HAVRE DE PAIX"
On vient de passer une superbe semaine qui nous marquera, nous n'avons jamais eu un tel accueil, si chaleureux, des attentions à l'arrivée, qui nous ont données du baume au cœur, tout est prévu pour le repos, le salon à côté de la volière, sublime ! vue sur les oliviers, la vigne aux chants des oiseaux, un havre de paix et à quelques km des sites remarquables, si vous cherchez un endroit pour vos vacances, c'est LA qu'il faut aller.
