A very comfortable cottage
The gîte, classified as 5-star tourist accommodation, is air-conditioned. It has private parking within the enclosure.
It's made of :
- two rooms. A master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a bedroom with two 90x200 twin beds.
- a fully equipped American kitchen
- a bathroom with large shower and double sink
- separate toilets
The lodgings bear the name of remarkable villages around Ruoms:
- Gîte Les Vans of 80 m² in the spirit of an artist's studio for 4 people
- Gîte Vals-les-Bains of 66 m² in the spirit of the Belle Époque for 4 people
- Gîte Vallon-Pont-d'Arc 66 m² in the spirit of Nature & Contemporary for 4 people
- Gîte Vogüé-Balazuc 90 m² in the spirit of a country house for 6 people
The cottages are equipped with a washing machine, dryer, an Orange TV box (160 channels and 40 in HD) and very high speed WiFi.
The owners will be delighted to share their knowledge of the region with you and introduce you to activities that are off the beaten track.
Come and discover the natural beauties of the Ardèche in an old Maison de Maître and its fully restored enclosure.
In the center of Ruoms, one of the liveliest villages in southern Ardèche, enjoy the beauty of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, visit the Chauvet cave, swim under the limestone cliffs of La Beaume.
At the end of the day, return to Clos Olivier de Serres to smell the scent of roses and lavender from the garden while enjoying a game of petanque in the shade with friends or relax in the swimming pool.

"Vacances en famille Août 2021"
La décoration et la rénovation de ces appartements sont une petite merveille. Nous avons eu la chance de louer le gîte Vallon Pont d'Arc qui est décoré avec goût et modernité et surtout pensé pour les familles. L'accueil est chaleureux et le maître des lieux trop gentil. Le cadre de la maison est beau et reposant alors que nous sommes en plein centre du village de Ruoms. Les extérieurs dont la piscine sont tout juste magnifiques. Je recommande. Que du ++++++++

"Superbe adresse"
Gîte superbe au cœur de Ruoms. Nous avions loué 2 gîtes sur les 4 et l un comme l autre étaient adorables. La décoration, la literie, les équipements de qualité, la propreté, les petites attentions, le jardin et la piscine chauffée , tout était parfait! L accueil de Stéphanie et la gentillesse, la communication et la réactivité du propriétaire Mr Mirabel nous ont permis de passer un excellent week-end. Une adresse à retenir!
