Located at the door of the plateau of 1000 ponds, your home of 90 m², classified 3 stars and label Home bike, you will spend a quiet stay to relax.

Ideal accommodation also for spa guests who will join the thermal baths of Luxeuil-les-Bains in 10 minutes (preferential rate for 3 weeks of cure).

Housing
You can park your car in front of your door in front of the house.
You will reach the back of the house to a beautiful terrace of 18 m² from your kitchen on the ground floor.
It is fully equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, mini oven, 4-burner gas hob, food processor, classic coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and table ironing, not to mention the dishes and accessories needed to make good dishes!). The bathroom, with walk-in shower, is separated from the toilet. Shower gel, hairdryer and towels provided.

On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, namely a master bedroom with French window giving access to a balcony of 15 m² (with balcony lounge), forest view, another room with 2 beds of 90 (same view on forest), a couch / chaise in the mezzanine to watch TV or enjoy free wifi.
Detail that may be important: you have to go into the master bedroom to go to the 2nd bedroom.
Baby will be welcomed with open arms and we will install a comfortable cot on request. His high chair and his small bathtub will make him have a good time at your side.

At the back of your home, you can enjoy the terrace overlooking the forest by relaxing on the deck chairs or eating under the shade of the umbrella, garden furniture and barbecue available to you.
You can use aromatic herbs in season (parsley, chives, sorrel, thyme ...) available in planters on the terrace, and with a little luck, you can also enjoy strawberries in summer!

Bicycle parking: if you want to discover our beautiful region of bicycles, we provide you with a secure shelter, equipment for inflation and repair, jet wash (approval "home bike").
For motorcycles, we propose to free up space under a shelter.

Ideal starting point for hikes, cyclists ... in the country of Thousand ponds. Enjoy the "popular marches" organized every Sunday in May and June to think outside the box!
Shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies ... everything you need at 5 km.
Large areas, thermal baths, theater, cinema, casino ... 7 km.

Ideally located on the axis Belgium / Luxembourg - Lyon, our cottage will allow you to make a stop on the road for holidays.

After your welcome and all the formalities of use, we will be discreet, while listening to you if you want to share a little more life high-Sônoise.
