It is located 20 km south of TOURS ideally placed to visit the most beautiful castles of the Loire, CHÂTEAUX d'AMBOISE at 25 km, AZAY LE RIDEAU at 30 km, the royal city of LOCHES at 20 km, CHÂTEAU D'USSÉ from 40 km to the beautiful woods, CHAUMONT SUR LOIRE, CHENONCEAU at 28 km and VILLANDRY with its beautiful gardens.
Familly Parc in Saint-Martin-le-Beau, FUTUROSCOPE 57 minutes from the cottage and many others like visiting Montrésor, Crissay-sur-Manse, Montsoreau "the most beautiful villages of France" and the unavoidable visit of the ZOO de BEAUVAL with 45 min and its pandas in Saint-Aignan sur Cher.
Facing south, the cottage is located in a flowered and landscaped garden, we put at your disposal our spacious swimming pool, it is heated from April - May to the end of September, treated with chlorine-free salt with a swimming against the current as well as a balneotherapy, all secured by a rigid electric shutter.
Vacuum cleaner and washing machine in local technical pool located at 8 meters from the cottage. Fans available. A swing, ping-pong table, outdoor games, tricycle, will seduce the little ones.
Bakery, bar, newsagent, medical office, pharmacy, post office and supermarket are 1 km away.
The accommodation is new and comfortable, quality bedding, master bedroom with 1 bed 160 × 200, dressing.
In mezzanine, secured with barriers on the floor, 2 beds of 90x190, bedding of good quality; a small window and blackout curtains.
1 bathroom with a large shower and 1 washbasin on a cabinet with drawers. Shower towels provided, hair dryer, liquid soap as well as hydrophilic cotton and tissue cotton tissues.
Separate WC.
Kitchen with induction hob, pyrolysis oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, and various appliances: toaster, raclette service, kettle, ...
Weber coal barbecue. Large capacity refrigerator with freezer compartment.

"Entièrement satisfait"
Le temps d'un week-end de 3 jours pour une réunion familiale, nous sommes absolument satisfait de la location ,le couchage est excellent et nous avons aimé la douche spacieuse et surtout un excellent Wi-Fi nous recommandons cette location

"Séjour familial dans un cadre magnifique !"
Calme, propreté, espace, verdure. La fraîcheur la nuit et une atmosphère chaleureuse le jour avec une piscine chauffée, l'ombre d'un beau cerisier, un coin cosy pour les apéros, bref un gîte bien pensé bien aménagé et parfaitement situé (central pour les sites touristiques à voir) que nous conseillons à tous. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, les propriétaires sont discrets et attentionnés à la fois. Merci beaucoup Odile et Alain, nous n'hésiterons pas à vous saluer lors d'un prochain passage par votre belle région !

"Superbe location"
Très belle location qui correspondait à nos attentes et bien placée pour les visites aux alentours. le WiFi est bon et la propreté impeccable et le terrain est très bien entretenu nous recommandons cet établissement aux autres voyageurs.

"Vacances dans un petit coin de paradis"
Calme, propreté, beauté des lieux, un accueil chaleureux, des sourires et des conseils de visites pour des endroits magnifiques, une piscine chauffée bref un gîte qui m'a été recommandé et que je conseille à tous. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et les propriétaires débordent de gentillesse. Les photos prouvent bien le lieu. Merci beaucoup à Odile et Alain, vous nous reverrez certainement.
