Playground Hiking trails17th century Provencal stone farmhouse, located 870 meters above sea level, at the junction between the Drôme Valley and the Drôme Provençale. Magnificent view of the 3 Becs and Couspeau mountains.
The farm has 2 gîtes, well separated by a large interior courtyard.
Large land around the farm with swings - private land of 25 ha.
The farm is 370 meters from the village (in a cul-de-sac), but you can only see the mountains and the surrounding nature. Calm guaranteed!
The cottage has been restored and is very comfortable. It has the charm of the old. It has a surface of 91 m².
Presence of a living room (kitchen + lounge area), a small lounge and 3 bedrooms. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. Presence of a sofa bed for sleeping 2 additional people.
Heating is electric. A Godin stove is present in the living room, and a fireplace decorates the small living room. The nights are cool there even in summer.
Very nice hikes on site and climbing sites nearby.
The gîte is located 10 km from Saillans (on the edge of the Drôme), 20 km from Crest, 30 km from Die and 16 km from Bourdeaux (Drôme Provençale).
The 2 lodgings present on the farm allow the reception of 19 people for family or friendly reunions.

"Excellent séjour à la chaudière"
Nous venons de passer un chouette séjour à la chaudière, au frais étant donné l'épaisseur des murs et l'emplacement et ce malgré la canicule sévissant partout autour. Calme absolu et départs de rando juste à côté de la maison. Nombreux spots de baignade très chouettes accessibles en voiture. Intérieur de la maison très sympa, extérieur superbe, nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci pour tout Anne !

"en pleine nature, un gîte charmant"
Cela fait du bien de se réveiller le matin avec une vue lumineuse sur les trois becs. Et puis, loin du bruit,lire un livre au coin d'un poêle qui ronronne, les soirées d'hiver coulent lentement. Bref tout va bien et tout est bien.
L'accueil ? Charmant et surtout pas trop pesant. Juste ce qu'il faut de la bonne distance cordiale.
