An outbuilding of an old water mill "Le Moulin de Montigny-Saint-Barthélemy" located in the Morvan regional natural park, in the heart of Burgundy.

Access by a staircase, a bright accommodation with balcony which overlooks the river.

Well equipped kitchen with open plan living room, 3 large patio doors to exit onto the balcony, ideal for having breakfast in the rising sun. A bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs we find the large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its bathroom (toilet and vanity unit), a wardrobe, armchairs and bookcase. View of the river and the park.

An exceptional, quiet setting, surrounded by a beautiful private park, crossed by the river 'Le Serein' which meanders through the property. Ideal for relaxing and tanning with the sound of water in the background.

Nature lovers, it is a perfect place for fishermen, photographers, artists and writers, a corner of Paradise.
