Le Moulin gîte offers two adjoining accommodations communicating internally, to be grouped together to accommodate up to people. One of the accommodations is adapted for the motor handicap.
The cottage is located in La Compote in the Bauges.

The place has been carefully renovated in a chalet spirit, with terrace and garden. It is an ideal, comfortable base camp for discovering the Bauges with family, friends, on a course.

A beautiful common activity room of 45 m² is available with table tennis, table football or in micro seminar mode, yoga, etc., according to your needs.

Description of the accommodation:

• Tongue:
- ground floor: the living room and kitchen facing south with bay windows; a bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom with sink, shower and a separate toilet in the hallway.
- upstairs: a bathroom with shower and WC, a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a third bedroom with 3 single beds and the possibility of an additional bed.
Possibility of preparing a double bed per room.

• Rochette:
- ground floor: the living room and kitchen facing south with bay windows; a room with 3 single beds adapted to the motor handicap as well as its bathroom.
- upstairs: a bathroom with shower and WC, a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a third bedroom with 3 single beds and the possibility of an additional bed.
Possibility of preparing a double bed per room.

Le Moulin gite is located in La Compôte, a rural mountain town, a typical village of the Bauges.
The cottage itself is away from the village, it is located in the open field while being accessible from a secondary road.
The owners live in a second building away (no vis-à-vis).

Many walks and hikes accessible from the cottage.

Parties allowed only if you rent the two lodgings Lanchette and Rochette.
