Located in the heart of Sancerre, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Church and the Belfry classified as a historic monument (don't worry, the bells only ring from 7am to 9pm).

You will also have a view of the Sancerre house.

This 90 m² house has a capacity of 4 people and is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with flat screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen (with oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, lanyard washing machine, coffee machines (DolceGusto pods and filter), kettle, toaster, tea towel, sponge, basic condiments) as well as a Independent WC.

Upstairs you will find a 1st bedroom with a 140*200 double bed, a 2nd bedroom with a 160*200 double bed, a bathroom with shower (shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer available) and a separate toilet.

Beds will be made upon arrival and towels are also provided.
Wifi connection with fiber link.

You can enjoy amenities such as bakery and delicatessen at the foot of the cottage, restaurants within 100m and general food 5min walk.

Parking can be done in non-private parking spaces just in front of the house.
If these places are not available, several free car parks are available in Sancerre and in the immediate vicinity of the Logis du Beffroi.
