Gîte Le Benouchon - un séjour reposant

A real haven of peace, the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by wooded grounds, in a small hamlet outside the village. Holiday apartment for 4 to 5 people (max. 6 people with a baby/additional child), located on the first floor of our house, with its own separate entrance.

Living room with dining area, kitchen, sitting area with sofa, armchair, TV and DVD player (a few DVDs available). Kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven, microwave and steam oven, ceramic hob, tableware, kitchen equipment and utensils, filter coffee machine, pod coffee machine and kettle. Bedroom 1 with one 180cm-wide bed (2 mattresses). Bedroom 2 with one 140cm-wide bed (a cot can be added to this room on request). Additional room (separated from the living room by a curtain) with a study area, sofa bed (140cm wide), bookcase with books, brochures and games. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Insect screens on all windows. Air conditioning. Balcony overlooking the countryside. Charging point for electric cars.

Access to a private garden with a lovely, shaded terrace equipped with a (coal) barbecue and children’s playhouse. Shared access (with us) to the wooded grounds of our estate with its pond, heated swimming pool (heated to 27°C from April to September), pétanque area, ping-pong table, trampoline, and various relaxation areas.

Dogs are only permitted with our prior agreement.
Two nights’ minimum stay in low and mid-season and one week’s minimum stay in high season (July & August).
