Private poolIn the countryside, charming cottage of recent design, fitted out in an old renovated barn, with covered terrace opening onto the garden and the Gers countryside, very bright, with air conditioning, WiFi and salt swimming pool (10 x 5 m - depth 0 80 to 2 m) common to the owner 20 m from the gite and secured by a fence.
Detached house without vis-à-vis, near Barbotan.
Beautiful living room equipped with a kitchen area (dishwasher), 1 bedroom on the ground floor (1 double bed) and 1 shower room/wc (walk-in shower).
Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (2 single beds).
This cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Located in the heart of a farm producing Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne (cellar visit, tasting) as well as Label Rouge farm poultry.
Extra: electric heating
Optional: sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning. Sheet rental: €10 per bed.
3-week spa treatment package: €750 to €850 outside the summer season (July/August).

"Un séjour fantastique !"
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Luc et Dominique. Ce sont des gens adorables !
Le gîte est grand et très fonctionnel, il est aussi très bien adapté, mon fils étant en fauteuil roulant électrique, il a pu circuler partout. La salle de bain est immense !
Luc et Dominique nous ont facilité l’accès à la piscine avec le fauteuil. Ils ont eu des attentions pour nous qui nous ont beaucoup touchés. Ils sont à côté mais ne sont pas intrusifs.
Je recommande ce gîte les yeux fermés !
