Independent gite, quietly located, facing south in a property of 50 ares closed.
Nicely wooded, 500 meters above sea level at the foot of the Ballon d'Alsace and 5 minutes from the city center and shops.

On the ground floor you enter through the living room with table and equipped kitchen, television.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a TV lounge area. A second bedroom with two single bunk beds and access to the balcony, a bathroom with shower and WC.
You have a closed ground and private parking spaces.

The rental of the gîte is offered "all inclusive", which implies the supply of sheets and towels, as well as a cleaning service at the end of the stay.
