Welcome to Queen of the Meadows.

The Queen of Les Prés is a unique building at the end of a granite plateau (930 metres above sea level), offering panoramic views of the Arzon gorges and the Mézenc massif.
You can contemplate it in total calm.

We provide:

Upon prior request:
Bed linen: 8 euros per set.

We ask:
- To come without your pets, to ensure the tranquility of our 2 cats and our dog.
-To subscribe a mandatory household finishing package: 120€
- Be aware that in all cases you will need to empty and clean the refrigerator, ovens, coffee maker. The dishwasher needs to be emptied, the dishes put away, the garbage emptied.

TARIFFS:
We rent weekly (from Saturday to Saturday) or 7 nights for 850 euros including all charges (water, electricity, heating)

PASSENGER ACCESS:
In season departures are made before 11H, arrivals from 17H. Out of season, schedules can be arranged.

OTHER NOTE: The booking is conditioned by the signing of a rental contract and the payment of a deposit of a check of 1000 euros not cashed.

The cottage is composed as follows:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- 1 4-seater room (1 bed 140x190, 2 bunk beds 90x190)
- 1 large open living area with a living area, a dining area and a kitchen area (equipped with all amenities)
- 1 large bathroom (shower)

- 2 twin rooms (3 twin beds 80 x 190)

• The house is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine 9 kgs and a dryer, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a household robot, rice cooker, microwave oven, electric oven, large fridge with freezer. Internet access via 4G (according to your operator)

For you, Magali (osteopath) and Loïc (musician) have just completed the total renovation of this farmhouse built in stone a long time ago (in 1897).
The photo album gives you a glimpse of the result: authentic, comfortable, warm. Their cottage is also part of an eco-responsible approach (photovoltaic panels, rainwater recovery, etc.)

Your hosts will unveil the many secret and wild trails of the Arzon gorges: relaxation in nature guaranteed! Without forgetting the proximity of the village (5 minutes by car) and accessibility to all shops in 10 minutes by car (Craponne/Arzon)

The Queen Des Prés, harmonious residence of character, is also very functional, it has all the practical and modern facilities. They combine small corners of intimate comfort with vast spaces intelligently arranged, such as a room of artistic practices of more than 60m2! Their lodging is therefore an ideal place for any quality virtual meeting: family reunion, agapes with friends, artistic residence, internships and trainings.

The volcanic reliefs surrounding you will offer beautiful hikes (volcano of Mont Bar (Allègre), lava flow of the Bouriane, the organs of Montpeloux).
Lovers of swimming will find their happiness on the water of the god chair, on the banks of the Loire or at the Bouchet lake. Outdoor athletes will not be left out: mountain biking, climbing, horse riding, kayaking, paragliding, etc.
