Gîte La Closerie de l'Ange

La Closerie de l'Ange is a cozy gîte, where calm and tranquility reign.
It is made up of a farmhouse made of golden cut stones set with lime, with an interior courtyard enclosed by the walls of a cut stone and rammed earth barn.
In the farmhouse there are 4 bedrooms, 8 beds.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with two 90 cm beds, another with a 160 cm bed. A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.
Two other bedrooms are upstairs under the period oak frame trusses: one with a 160 cm bed, another with two 90 cm beds.
A bathroom with a large shower, two sinks, washing machine, changing table. Separate toilet.
A living room under the oak trusses: equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge in front of the wood stove. The dining room also opens onto the sunny terrace for lunch or dinner for up to eight people.
It overlooks the interior courtyard where, in the shade below, another terrace is located, overlooking the small lawn with its sun loungers, its small pétanque court and its pleasant darts game, especially at aperitif time.

Ideal place for families with young children, or small pets, because they cannot escape. Protective barriers upstairs for the stairs.

Free private parking in front of the gîte, where motorbikes, bicycles and trailers can be sheltered in the garage.

Gîte located 15 minutes from the A89 motorway, exit Thiers (capital of cutlery).
Very close to the Châteaux d'Aulteribe, Ravel (film Les Choristes), the Aubusson d'Auvergne lake, hikes in the Livradois-Forez regional natural park, La Dore for fishing, and located in the town center for local shops, a stone's throw from the supermarket and the organic store.
