This independent house, completely restored over 4 years until the end of 2020, is located in the small village of Montesquiou from the 10th century.
The exposed stone building is on the little-frequented walkway, just below the 13th century gate, surrounded by public green space and next to the road to Santiago de Compostela.
The large fitted kitchen has access to a spacious terrace with a view of the valley and the sunset.
From the living room of 36 m² with insert, there is access to a first bedroom on the garden side with a 140 cm bed and its shower room, separate WC. A second bedroom on the walkway side offers 2 twin beds of 90 cm and its shower room with WC.
Upstairs is a third bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a small balcony.
There is also a shower room with WC and a living room with a convertible sofa with a 140 cm bed.
The rooms on the ground floor are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
And there is what to do:
Take a walk, on foot or by bike (the path to Santiago de Compostela is nearby).
Bathe in one of the many lakes or leisure bases (Lupiac, Mirande, Saramon, Castera Verduzan).
Visit the villages of the Gers (Saint Arrailles, Fourcès. La Romieu. Larressingle. Lavardens. Montreal-du-Gers. Sarrant, Aignan, Lectoure, Bassoues, Noah's Island, etc.).
Take advantage of the village celebrations and festivals (Jazz in Marciac, Festival Montesquiou on the Rock's, Country Festival of Mirande, Festival d'Artagnan in Lupiac, Latin tempo of Vic Fezensac...).
