Private poolThe house (± 60 m²) for 5 people with private land is quietly located in the extreme south of the Ardèche (Les Vans region) with a view of the Cévennes mountains.
It has a private swimming pool, a large garden and a shaded terrace (15 m²) with garden furniture, deck chairs and an electric table barbecue.
The swimming pool (8 x 4 mx 1.40 m) is maintained by the owner (every morning).
Lounge area with armchairs, WiFi connection and TV.
Kitchen area with gas cooker, large fridge-freezer, electric oven, extractor, microwave oven and percolator.
Washing machine.
A bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 and a bedroom with 1 bunk bed of 90 and 1 folding bed.
Cot available on request.
Shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
All windows have mosquito nets.
The Chassezac river is 200 m away.
Supermarket at 500 m and shopping center at 2 km.
Animals are not allowed.

"Petit gîte pour vacances au top !"
Le gîte est simple mais propre et bien équipé avec une bonne literie. L'extérieur est très agréable avec une table à l’ombre sous les arbres et une belle piscine très bien entretenue. A noter aussi que le gîte est bien situé car en pleine nature mais proche du village des Vans où l’on trouve magasins, boulangeries, ….
Ce gîte possède tous les atouts pour passer de très belles vacances !

"Vacances en Ardèche"
Nous avons passé de super vacances dans ce gîte avec nos 3 enfants. Tranquillité et calme sont au rendez-vous. Aucun vis à vis. C’est simple nous n’avons vu personne. Sauf quelque fois la propriétaire qui est très discrète. Vraiment c’était ce que nous recherchions, donc nous avons été comblés. Les enfants ont beaucoup appréciés la piscine, ils ont pu en profiter tout les jours, et nous aussi. Le petit village d’à côté (Les vans) à 2 min en voiture est très sympa, avec pleins de petits restaurants et commerces. Super U et Biocoop juste à côté donc très pratique pour les courses. Et région vraiment magnifique, avec pleins d’activités à faire aux alentours avec les enfants. Donc l’idéal pour passer de très bonnes vacances. De plus, propriétaire très sympathique, très bon accueil, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Et très important: Logement TRÈS PROPRE à notre arrivée, rien à redire. Vraiment tout était parfait.
