Gîte "Fanny"

"La Grange" is located in the natural park of the Monts d'Ardèche, we have fitted out 2 gites there.
From July 2022 you can enjoy the swimming pool shared with the second gîte with a magnificent view of the village of Labatie-d'Andaure, its atypical bell tower and its fortified house. View of the Doux valley in a quiet privileged environment without nuisance, you can enjoy many hikes from the cottage.
For river fishing enthusiasts, the Doux is below the gîte plus a whitewater fishing course and pond in an old mill located 2 km from the gîte.
At 5 km, you will find the village of Desaignes, village of character, a grocery store and a pizzeria.
10 km away, you will find all the shops in Lamastre as well as the Tuesday morning and Saturday morning markets, the tourist train of the Ardèche, in Boucieu-le-Roi (village of character) departure of the Vélo Rail.

In the heart of nature, our "Fanny" gîte is a renovated independent stone house, fitted out on 2 very comfortable levels, with large bright rooms.
It is located in a hamlet called La Grange on a 3 hectare property.
Access to the cottage by a dirt road for 200 meters.
The cottage has a capacity of 6 to 8 people with three bedrooms and a sofa bed.
On the ground floor, opening onto the wooden terrace, you will find the fitted kitchen, the spacious living room (45 m²) with insert fireplace (free wood), TV.
On the lower level, 3 bedrooms with open private bathrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 cm bed with shower and sink, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 cm bed, with shower and sink, 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 cm bed with shower and sink.
The beds will be made upon your arrival, and household linen is provided.
