• on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, a toilet, a living/dining room, also equipped with a “clic-clac” sofa
• upstairs: two bedrooms each equipped with a bed (140) and a bathroom (with toilet)
Parking is available in front of the gîte.
Nolay is known for its 14th century market halls.
All shops are accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot: bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, pharmacy.

"Gîte tout confort"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé. La literie, neuve, est top.
Le village est calme et reposant tout en disposant de tous les commerces de proximité.
Le propriétaire est très accueillant. De très bon conseil pour visiter les meilleures caves et dénicher les bons plans gastronomiques !

"Très agréable"
On a pu profiter de ce gîte avec nos enfants à Noël. On etait très bien installé. Très bien chauffé, accueil sympathique , très jolie région.

"Sejour sympa en Bourgogne"
Excellent accueil et bons conseils pour la visite de caves. Charmant petit village paisible mais très vivant. Le gite est "tout neuf" et c'est bien agréable. Aucun bruit. Les sanitaires sont propres et modernes et la cuisine est tres bien équipée. Rapport qualité / prix formidable
