Covered poolPretty renovated house of 60 m² which can accommodate 2 adults. On request and at an additional cost of €10 per person per night, possibility of 2 additional people.
On the ground floor, a large room with fitted kitchen, table and chairs, living room with 2-seater sofa and armchair, TV and a very comfortable 140 retractable bed.
Upstairs, a large open bedroom with a 180 bed and a bathroom. Free WIFI.
Outside, a terrace with table, chairs and parasol, 2 armchairs, 2 deck chairs, barbecue and plancha. Parking and private land completely enclosed by a 3 m gate and fences. Your pets will be safe.
Swimming pool of 9 x 4.5 m shared with the owner.
Barn to put the motorcycles in the shelter and in safety.
Located in the center of Burgundy, our cottage will be the start of superb walks in the region.
The Auxois and its medieval towns and villages (Semur-en-Auxois, Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain), the Morvan and its lakes and forests, the wine coast of Beaune, Dijon and many other magnificent places to visit.
Our gîte is served by the A6 motorway and exits 23 from Bières-les-Semur 7 km away and 24 from Pouilly-en-Auxois 24 km away.

"Séjour parfait !"
Demeure traditionnelle alliant confort et style. Le gîte est super équipé.
Nous avons été touchés par la sympathie et l'extrême gentillesse de nos hôtes. Ils sont, de plus, de très bons conseils.
Les animaux sont très bien accueillis et nous avons apprécié le jardin très agréable et parfaitement clos.
L'environnement est magnifique et vous serez vraiment au calme.
