The cottage is composed of:

- private parking for several vehicles
- a courtyard at the front, with garden, garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue.
- 1 bedroom with a 140 bed for 2 people and a cot.
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 90 for 1 person and 1 extra bed for 1 child

Sheets are provided, beds made on arrival: 1 duvet, a pillow, a top bed)

There are cleaning products to do (dishes, cleaning, floor, 1 dishwasher tablet)

Rental of towels: €6 / person (1 towel, 1 washcloth, 1 bath towel) (floor mat provided)

Board games, books for young and old

If necessary, provide for a supplement depending on the external climatic conditions. €9/ 15 kg bag of wood pellets.

The 3 cottages have been completely renovated being nearby, Sully is located in the middle of nature and the Morvan is with great pleasure to welcome you to our beautiful region. See you very soon.

Host always available and at your service

The owner of the cottage can take you on a tour of the farm, which will show you her farm, cattle breeding (limousin, charolais) and births of small calves from November to April, sheep (texel, suffolk, donkeys) and births of small lambs from February to April with the possibility of giving the bottle to the small lambs.

The cottage is near Quarré les Tombes, 15 minutes away, you will find there: restaurants, bakery, pastry shop, gift shop, cash machine, cafes, mini-market, butchers, post office, doctor, pharmacy. A market takes place there on Tuesday and Sunday morning.

Avallon is 25 minutes away: restaurants with terraces, bars, shops in the town centre, hypermarkets and supermarkets, as well as a market on Saturday mornings.

Our cottage is in the heart of Burgundy, it will allow you to visit a region rich in history, with an important cultural heritage.

(Vauban Museum, Abbey of the stone that turns, House of the park, lakes and rivers of white water, vineyards).

The national forest will allow great hikes, and the discovery of fauna and flora.

We are located near the GR13 route.
