It is located in the center of Saint Fargeau historic village, you can visit its castle, the church and the adventure and sound museum as well as the castle farm, all on foot.

This atypical town house consists of 2 floors with a large garden in the village center but in a peaceful area.

On the ground floor
:You will find a spacious entrance
A living room, dining room, an equipped kitchen, a toilet and a half floor where there is a relaxation room with TV sofa, and a mezzanine with a 140x190 cm bed.

On the 1st floor:

Two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and toilet.

The 1st very large master bedroom has a 160x190 cm bed, a 90x190 cm wrought iron single bed, a baby bed.
A sofa its own bathroom with a shower a sink and toilet.

The 2nd bedroom has a 160x190 cm double bed, a baby bed and a large bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.

On the 2nd floor:

On the second floor you will arrive at a space providing the two bedrooms as well as the bathroom shared by the two bedrooms.

The 1st bedroom has a double bed 160x190cm
The 2nd bedroom has a 140x190cm futon bed and a 90x190cm single bed
The fairly spacious bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.

You can park easily, two cars fit in the courtyard and nearby the church parking is free.
