• A dining area with a table that can accommodate 6 people
• A living room equipped with a large corner sofa (convertible), a coffee table and two armchairs
• A large 14m² bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a dressing closet
• A second bedroom of 11m² with two single beds (90 x 200) and a dressing closet
• A bathroom with washing machine
• Separate toilets
• An outdoor terrace of 11 m² with garden table, parasol and barbecue

If the Tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the scheduled date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the Owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the Owner who will request the balance of the rental.
