The house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large living room, a large living room and a fitted kitchen as well as a laundry room.
It is located close to all shops: bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, ... and 3 minutes from the Gondrin leisure park; on one side, 4,500 m² of swimming (filtered water) with 4 slides (kamikaze, multitrack, bends and tube), a wave area, floating buoys and a paddling pool with mini-slides for the little ones.
On the other, a leisure area with a multi-sports ground, beach volleyball, a tennis court, an air trampoline, a playground for children and ping-pong tables. Close to the greenway.

"La maison d’Athenais"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Logement de caractère conforme au descriptif, nous étions les premiers locataires donc beaucoup de choses étaient neuves. Les chambres et literies au top avec douches rénovées. La cuisine vraiment superbe où rien ne manquait. La seule chose qui nous a manqué est un parasol.
Un grand merci à Marianne pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.
Merci aux propriétaires pour le cadeau de bienvenue et leur réactivité, (dépannage du wifi que nous avions malencontreusement éteint)
