La Bastide offers 300m2 of accommodation upstairs, divided into 3 large adjoining charming cottages all in local stone, lime and tadelakt, all comfort with each a fully equipped kitchen, a large TV-living room, and a total of 9 beautiful double bedrooms, 4 double shower rooms and 4 toilets.

La Bastide Saint Martin has created 150m2 of indoor living space on the ground floor:
- Very original, a PATIO hidden inside the walls and covered by a glass roof, shelters a pretty secure POOL-BASSIN of 6x4x1.50m and heated all year round between 28 and 30°.
- All around are two BEAUTIFUL interior ROOMS with stone vaults, opening onto the covered interior courtyard and the swimming pool.
They are furnished to allow guests to relax around beautiful wrought iron and mosaic tables, but also to take their meals around the patio (heated umbrellas in winter).
- At the back of the Bastide, overlooking a small street in the hamlet, and the only outdoor space in our structure, a small enclosed courtyard of 35m2 with a few deck chairs and low armchairs, barbecue.

- NEW from February 2023 on the ground floor: creation of a 4th special kitchen for dishes, just next to the group dining room, with fridge, sink, washing machine and crockery for 18 people.
