Piscina Rutas de senderismo CiclovíaEn el parque natural regional de Livradois-Forez, un callejón de hayas de más de 350 años conduce a la pequeña aldea de Folgoux, escondida entre helechos y abetos cubiertos de musgo.
Encontrará nuestra casa junto al pequeño castillo de Folgoux. Un pequeño paraíso a 920 metros con mucho bosque, lejos de la agitada vida ya solo 90 kilómetros al sur de Clermont-Ferrand.
En nuestro jardín de invitados podrá disfrutar del sol y del aire libre.
Cerca de nosotros (2 km a pie), hay un lago con un pequeño bar agradable.
En las inmediaciones se puede practicar senderismo, ciclismo, motociclismo, piragüismo, equitación y tenis.
A 4 km se encuentra el agradable pueblo medieval de La Chaise-Dieu, con su famosa iglesia y abadía, famosa por su festival clásico internacional que tiene lugar en su impresionante colegiata.
Las ciudades de Ambert (30 min), Craponne-sur-Arzon (25 min) y Puy-en-Velay (45 min) ofrecen bonitos mercados, tiendas y terrazas.

If, for any reason, the Lessee cannot, will not or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, the Lessee must inform the Lessor immediately. Telephone notification must be confirmed in writing or by email.
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. In case of late cancellation, 100% of the price will be charged.
No refunds will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure compared to the agreed rental period.
Any refund will be reduced by €10 administration fee.
We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.

The rental price includes bed linen (duvets, pillows, duvet covers and fitted sheets), bathroom linen (large and small towels) and kitchen linen (tea towels), for a maximum of 6 people.
The rental price includes 'fair use' gas, water and electricity. Excessive electricity consumption (more than 50 kWh per day on average) will be charged at €0.30 per kWh.
You can stay in our gîte with only one animal. Pets are not allowed in or on beds under any circumstances and must not disturb other guests.
Dogs must be kept on a leash on the La Fougeraie site and walked outside the property. A dog is allowed to run freely in the fenced garden of the gîte.
In the unlikely event of serious nuisance, we may ask you to leave early.
