Free WiFi Free parking Garden Bedsheets includedIn the heart of the vineyard, 7 km from Sancerre, in an old dwelling house from the beginning of the 18th century, at the end of a very quiet dead end street, "Chez Nénain" is a fully renovated gîte.
Independent and on one level, it includes:
- a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer… which is open to a dining room and a living room
- 3 bedrooms: one with a 160x200 bed, one with 2 90x200 beds and a third in two parts with 1 160x200 bed and a sofa bed separated by a sliding door (new bedding with beds made up for your arrival)
- a bathroom / wc
- terrace with table and chair, barbecue (charcoal)
Many activities in the region:
- visit of cellars in the different Sancerre, Pouilly-sur-Loire and Menetou-Salon vineyards
- town of Sancerre with the Sancerre house and the Fiefs tower…
- village of Chavignol
- Loire à Vélo, Golf de Sancerre (18 holes), mini golf, swimming pool (summer), stroll on the Loire "Le Raboliot", descent of the Loire by canoe (6 km)
- Belleville-sur-Loire aquatic complex (15 km)

Nous avons trouvé pourquoi le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, la prise sur lequel l'extender est branchée était endommagée.
