On a wooded plot of 4.5 ha in the Drôme, one of the sunniest departments in France, pioneer and first department in organic farming in France (30% of cultivated land)
An independent cottage of 40 m² + terrace 14 m²
Under the canopy of trees. A place of relaxation in tune with nature, away from civilization, without being isolated.
The cottage is entirely built using noble materials (Douglas wood) and healthy. Insulation in chènevotte and cellulose wadding (High ecological quality and high thermal phase shift coefficient). Good building inertia. Interesting natural air conditioning. Partitions filled with local sand. Recycled bricks, terracotta tiles.
Functional equipment but without excessive luxury.
Bathroom with shower sink and WC
Kitchenette with gas domino, hood, electric oven, fridge + freezer…
Rooms equipped with good slatted beds and quality mattresses. Bedroom 1: a large 140 cm bed. Bedroom 2: two separate 90 cm beds.
Washing machine
Located among the trees, in a clearing (oaks, holm oaks, ashes, acacias). Hammocks in the trees. Fun course in the forest.

Final cleaning of the cottage by us package 45 euros (if you choose this option).

"J'ai adoré ❤"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un environnement merveilleux, sous les chênes. Logement excellent, il ne manque absolument rien. Tout est bien pensé. Les propriétaires sont charmants , accueil très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à Mina et jacques.

"Excellent séjour"
Une adresse que nous n'oublierons pas ! Accueil très chaleureux par un couple hyper sympathique. Un chalet tout confort et placé non loin de nos différents points d'intérêts. Très pratique, propre; hyper bien isolé. Un grand merci à Mina et Jacques Rémy pour leur gentillesse !

Calme assuré ds un environnement favorable au ressourcement ,au repos , gite très agréable ,très bien aménagé ,très propre.
