In the heart of the green Ardèche, the Domaine de Clarat with its 2.5 hectares of wooded parkland bordered by the river "Le Doux" will delight nature lovers.

This 4-6 person gîte has two bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a private terrace.
The beds consist of a first bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200, a second bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 (or a double bed of 180 x 200) and a 130 cm wide sofa bed in the living room.

The exteriors consist of a private terrace with its furniture and a set of shared green spaces of 2.5 hectares. This riverside estate has a large swimming pool (19x9m), a pétanque pitch, a ping-pong table and a children's play area.

In high season, a bar, a table d'hôtes and a little takeaway snack service are available to residents. It is also possible to order bread and pastries every day in July and August.
