Gîte avec piscine et spa

Rental of the complete gîte + spa-pool area.

Outside the high season, our accommodation is available for short stays (minimum three nights) allowing comfortable and friendly meetings with friends.
Depending on their needs, our tenants can have two to five bedrooms, the Spa, the swimming pool as well as private fishing ponds.

THE SWIMMING POOL
Moved into an old barn-cowshed, 35 meters from the lawn of the gîte, it has, inside, 36 m² of swimming surface as well as a space of 70 m² all around the pool.

Outside, well protected from the prevailing winds, a 40 m² terrace with table and deckchair will allow you to enjoy the rising sun and an exceptional panorama over the Auze and Lot hillsides. You can also have a drink comfortably seated.

The water is heated by an external water circuit in the summer. In addition to the latter, an electric heater has been installed to allow optimal use at all times, including in winter.
This installation allows you, with a variable supplement (depending on the season), to have water at a temperature of 21/26°.

Renting the Fraust gite for a week means having the guarantee of not being bored by a possible day of gloomy weather.

THE ENVIRONMENT: LITTLE PRIVATE HIKING AND FISHING.
A small private hiking path allows you to go around the four ponds of the property and thus set off to discover the rich wildlife, possibly to tease trout and roach.

TOURS BY CAR:
At Fraust you are on the border of two former provinces, Auvergne and Rouergue.
Thus, within a radius of 70 km you have the possibility of visiting the Plomb du Cantal, Le Puy Mary, Chaudes-Aigues or Salers in Auvergne.
Conques, Belcastel, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour or Padirac in Midi-Pyrénées.

HIKING
In the gite, a very well-made topo-guide published by the Châtaigneraie tourist office is at your disposal to help you choose your best hikes.
