Our air-conditioned 50 m² gîte, on one level, with its 2 terraces, its pergola and its private 100 m² garden welcomes you all year round in the heart of southern Ardèche.
In a privileged green environment, quiet, it is located on the edge of a private wood and near a hiking trail and a tree climbing site.
Its private spa and top-of-the-range services (walk-in spa shower, motorized beds, air conditioning, etc.) promise you delicious moments of relaxation.
5 minutes from the first beach on the Ardèche and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, just 15 minutes from the Pont d'Arc, between the Chauvet cave and the Aven d'Orgnac, near villages classified as the most beautiful villages of France (Labeaume, Vogüé, Balazuc) you will be ideally located to discover the charms of our beautiful region.
Equipment:
- living room with convertible sofa for 2 people and LCD TV
- fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.)
- bathroom with walk-in hydromassage shower
- Separate WC, laundry area with washing machine
- air conditioner
- 2 furnished terraces, part of which is a pergola with garden furniture and American barbecue
- relaxation area with spa with a capacity of 6 people (4 adults, 2 children) - outdoor spa open from March 15 to November 15
- bedroom 1: double bed 140x190
- bedroom 2: 2 motorized beds 80x200 (possibility of joining them for a bed 160x200)
- secure parking in the property (two cars), electric gate
The beds are fitted with mattress protectors, pillows and duvets.
Bed and household linen is provided, remember to bring your towels (possibility to rent if you wish)
The cottage is non-smoking inside.
Our animal friends are not accepted.

"Excellent accueil"
Logement simple mais fonctionnel. Bon emplacement dans un secteur très calme. Accueil très chaleureux avec, en prime, un petit panier garni. Merci Samia.

"Super séjour !"
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte entre le 17 et le 24 juillet 2021. Idéalement situé à 5mn de vallon pont d'arc, le logement climatisé est très agréable. Au calme et bien équipé, il dispose d'une jolie terrasse donnant sur un jardin sans vis à vis et d'un Spa privatif.
Particulièrement accueillants et soucieux de notre bien être, Samia et Mohamed sont des hôtes très sympathiques et de bon conseil pour profiter au mieux de la region. Un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

"Superbe séjour en Ardèche"
Un accueil très chaleureux, un gîte moderne et très bien équipé, un environnement nature très reposant... Le gîte est au calme mais très bien situé, à proximité des points d'attractions (Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, grotte Chauvet, accrobranche, Aven d'Orgnac...) Le top!
