Located in an old farmhouse completely restored and backed by the Grand Luberon massif, this cottage is ideal for enjoying the calm surrounding while appreciating the panorama offered by the slightly elevated location.
The "Bellevue Countryside" is nestled within local vegetation which extends over 7 hectares: holm oaks, white oaks, olive trees and cherry trees. In front of the gite extends a vast lawn bringing effluence and freshness during the hot summer days. Below, the pleasant swimming pool offers a delicious moment of tranquility, and even more so if accompanied by a glass of local rosé.
The landscape offers, on the south side, a view of the salient Sainte-Victoire mountain as well as the villages of Ansouis and Cucuron. To the north, rises the sensual and rounded shape of the Grand Luberon where the Mourre Nègre culminates at 1,125 meters.
Located at the end of the farm, the gîte has a functional living room with a new kitchen providing clarity and comfort.
On the ground floor are the bedroom, the bathroom and a separate WC. A large mezzanine overlooks the living room, the whole being structured with wooden beams.
