Two rooms of 35 m² each, on two levels.

Garden level: living room opening onto terrace (barbecue, parasol, outdoor lounge) and enclosed garden with trees
- kitchen area: gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer; washing machine ; …
- dining room and living room areas: table for 6 people, convertible sofa (2 people), armchairs, wardrobe, chest of drawers, television, DVD player, etc.; baby chair.
Floor: bedroom organized into two separate spaces (1 140 cm bed, 1 120 cm bed, wardrobe), office area, shower room (sink, shower, bathroom cabinet), separate WC. Baby cot.

Electric heating and water heater.

Restaurant in the village also stocking bread. For shopping, it's in Luzy, 7km (delivery possible).
