Gîte au cœur du Cheylard

Located in the heart of a charming village in Ardèche, our gîte - classified 3 - offers ideal accommodation for a stay with family or friends.
With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this typical village house, on 3 levels, was completely renovated this year.
At the end of a pedestrian cul-de-sac on the ground floor, a large cellar awaits you for storing bicycles and motorcycles under cover, equipped with a bicycle lift and sockets for recharging the electric batteries.
A stone staircase opening onto a small balcony takes you to the first level where you will find an entrance which serves a laundry area (washing machine), a cloakroom, the WC, the bathroom as well as a first bedroom (double) .
On the second level a living room with fitted kitchen. The kitchen is composed of a refrigerator, freezer, oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as everything you need for cooking. A large family table completes the ensemble.
On the 3rd level you will find 2 more comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another ideal for children with 3 single trundle beds creating a fun and functional space.

Our cottage is close to all amenities on foot (shops, restaurants and local activities).
In addition, it is located 50 m from the river and hiking trails, cultural visits (trade arches)
Close to Dolce Via (90 km of cycle path), 3 km from the Eyrium aquatic base
