Rich in forests and pastures, the town of Crots rises above the Serre Ponçon lake. It is a great place for hiking, including a multi-faceted one which allows you to access the Grand Morgon peak, after a lunar landscape. at the Cirque de Bragousse, a magnificent meadow across the Cirque du Morgon and finally an unforgettable panorama from the Pic de Morgon.

The Ecrins National Park is also part of the Embrunais landscapes, it is the southernmost of the sectors of the park.

From the shores of the lake to the head of Vautisse, the hiker can pass from the Mediterranean influence to the rival level, and contemplate a very varied fauna and flora.
