Ideally located for visiting the main sites in the region as well as for hiking, walking or cycling.
Located 15 minutes from the ski slopes, 20 minutes from Mont Dore, close to Vulcania (European volcanic park), Puy de Dôme, and the spas of La Bourboule, Mont Dore and Saint-Nectaire.
Near the cottage you can discover the many lakes, castles and taste the regional products cheese, charcuterie …
On the ground floor: living room with kitchen (4-burner gas hob, oven, coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, raclette and fondue set, etc.) directly overlooking the wooded and enclosed garden of 500 m² on which you can enjoy the garden furniture with barbecue, deckchairs and swings.
A laundry room with a WC, a sink, a washing machine as well as a room used as storage for bicycles, skis, etc.
On the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed of 160x190 cm, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
In the attic, a bedroom with three 90x190 cm beds.
Animals are accepted limited to the number of 2.
The accommodation is equipped with WI-FI.
