Our cottage, located in the Gorges de l'Allier is an old village house completely renovated. We offer you a cottage that combines history and modernity. It is a bit of our history that we propose to share with you during your next getaway in the Gorges de l'Allier.
With us, it is good to take the time. Time to recharge your batteries, rest or simply read a book. Getaways and vacations are made for that. On three levels, our holiday home is functional and practical. It has all the modern elements and comfort to make you have a pleasant stay with us.
The little extra is the through living room. She is bathed in light all day. On the kitchen side, it overlooks the horse meadow. You will enjoy sharing your little homemade recipes with them! On the other side, it opens onto a cocooning terrace. You will be rocked, in our hanging chair, to the liking of the gentle breeze from the valley floor.
To be pleasant to you and to allow you to have a good stay, we have equipped our gîte in the Allier gorges with a number of services. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped according to the standards of a 3-star gîte. Functional and practical, it therefore has two induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and all the cookware. Our cottage has television.
On the ground floor, in the garage section, you will find a laundry area. It is therefore composed of a sink, a washing machine with drying rack. The garage can accommodate a city car.
Welcome to the Gorges de l'Allier
The Allier is our river. It winds and shapes our territory in the most beautiful way. It has its source in Moure de la Gardille in the nearby Margeride. It is one of the main tributaries of the Loire river.
In our Gorges de l'Allier, you can practice lots of activities.
But the Allier is also a preserved site where one of the last strains of salmon in Western Europe comes to spawn. It travels more than 1,000 kilometers to come and reproduce in our fresh waters where it was born.
Le Croizet is a hamlet in the commune of Saint-Privat-du-Dragon.
Nearby, you have some nuggets in terms of small villages to visit or cultural visits to achieve.
A few kilometers away or a little more, you will find something to occupy your days.
For gourmets, sportsmen or lovers of old stones, there is something for everyone.
You will find tours of the most beautiful villages in France, as is the case with Blesles.
You will also be able to discover landscape nuggets such as the basaltic organs of Chilhac, this village in the Gorges de l'Allier.

Any incomplete request cannot be registered.

Your rental is considered final as soon as it has been confirmed by us. Each rental is nominative and can in no case be transferred or sublet. The management reserves the right to refuse a rental without having to justify it.
1/3 Rules for the stay:
All stays must be paid in full before arrival:
- a deposit of 25% of the price of the stay must be attached to the rental request
- the balance of the price must reach us no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. Failure to pay the balance on the agreed date is equivalent to a last minute cancellation (see article 7). From then on, the chalet can again be offered for rent.
- in the event of rental less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full payment will therefore be required and must be attached to the rental contract.
For any cancellation, you therefore remain liable as compensation for breach of contract of:
- 25% of the total price of the stay for a cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the stay
- the full price of the stay for a cancellation less than 31 days before the scheduled date of your arrival or if you do not show up on this date.
The cancellation must imperatively be confirmed by mail. The date of cancellation is that mentioned on your letter (the postmark serving as proof). A delay of more than 12 hours in relation to your scheduled arrival date without having informed us by telegraphed message or the non-payment of the balance of your rental on time, are considered as last minute cancellations: the entire of the price of the stay is due and the chalet will be offered for rent again.
Also, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance with a company specializing in this service.
In the event of confinement, credit notes with a validity of 18 months are therefore published. No refund.

"Séjour au calme"
Un séjour parfait chez Josette. Une maison moderne, très bien équipée et très propre.
Le plus : la proximité de nombreuses visites et notamment le Plus Beau Village de France de Lavoute Chilhac.
Nous reviendrons c'est certain.
