Featuring extra large open plan living, kitchen and dining opening out onto your private balcony all with river views. This apartment is tastefully furnished with, fully equipped kitchen, full-size fridge, separate laundry, 2 bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with separate shower and corner spa tub. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and plenty of storage. Located in our RIVA building next door to Excellsior, each room has private lift access from the basement carpark and ground entrance. Building features include a private outdoor swimming pool and lift. The BBQ and Pizza oven in the Excellsior building may be used.
