Summer or winter, near Annecy and its many leisure, renting a nice apartment in an old farmhouse. Between lake and mountains, you will have easy access to beaches, ski resorts, the bike path and hiking trails.
Large living kitchen with mountain views, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed of 160 and bathroom, the other with 3 beds of 90 and 1 bed of 90 and 1 bed 180 on request) 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, laundry room, private parking, garden terrace with barbecue, chairs, table, umbrella, deck chairs and loungers.
To ensure a comfortable stay, this property is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, raclette and fondue, but also hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen television, internet ...
Plenty of storage space are available in the rooms and the ground floor. Beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided!
