The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a charming villa dating from 1885 in the heart of a wooded and quiet park with private parking.
The park also includes a heated swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay of Saint-Raphaël. A gate gives direct access to the seaside.

This character villa is close to many restaurants and local shops without having to take the car. Waterfront restaurants are close to the apartment, as well as the port of Boulouris with the Europlongée club 300 meters away. Boulouris station allows you to travel from Saint-Raphaël to Vintimille very easily. The Monday morning Boulouris market is also a must-see during your stay.
