In the summer, you can have lunch on a large table outside under the lime tree and in winter make a nice fire in the fireplace.
It is an ideal place for a stay with family, friends but also to go green while teleworking (there is fiber) or to stay during a business trip.

The large play area also makes it an ideal leisure place for children. The land is enclosed and secure in relation to the river. There is also a ping pong table.

Possibility of swimming in the river and numerous activities nearby: hiking, cycling, canoeing, climbing, ponies, aquatic activities and zoo at the Léry-Poses leisure center, visits to castles (Gaillard, Harcourt, Anet), Giverny, etc.
