This ground floor apartment of 95 m² is made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with WC, a large living room including an equipped kitchen and a private patio (under development).

Many amenities included: heating/air conditioning, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, steamer, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, television (Amazon Prime, MolotovTV), wifi, electric towel dryers in each shower room, hair dryer; ironing accessory, cleaning, emergency charging cable, USB port sockets... A courtesy tray is available to you (coffee, tea, herbal teas, condiments).

Bedding, duvets and pillows (new 2023) of hotel quality and made in France (configuration 2 doubles 2 singles or 1 double 4 singles on request). Provision of sheets and towels according to formula.

From July 2023: privatized access of 1h15 per night to the 30 m² wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, massage table, shower, WC) is included in the price of the night (see access/security conditions) and access to the common garden overlooking the hills (two apartments have access) with garden furniture, barbecue...

An outdoor communal swimming pool 200 m away is open in season (July/August).
