This ground floor apartment of 110 m² is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with WC, an additional separate WC and a large living room including an equipped kitchen and two balconies.

Many amenities included: heating/air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (accessible at reception), microwave, ceramic hob, oven, steamer, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, toaster, television (Amazon prime, MolotovTV), wifi, electric towel rail, hair dryer; ironing accessories, cleaning, emergency charging cable, USB port sockets... A courtesy tray is available to you (coffee, tea, herbal teas, condiments).

Bedding, duvets and pillows (new 2023) of hotel quality and made in France (configuration 3 doubles 1 single or 2 doubles 3 singles on request, extra bed for 1 person in a convertible sofa). Provision of sheets and towels according to formula.

From July 2023: privatized access of 1h15 per night to the 30m² wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, massage table, shower, WC) is included in the price of the night (see access/security conditions) and access to the common garden overlooking the hills (two apartments have access to it) with garden furniture, barbecue...
