The apartment is located in a building inhabited by both locals and tourists. It is modern, with an open kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a sofa bed, air conditioning and TV.
In addition, the apartment offers Wi-Fi connection and a balcony with beautiful views of the city. In short, it is fully equipped to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
Your arrival time will determine how you receive the keys. You will either need to pick them up at the office in the center of Barcelona (near Plaza Catalunya) or an agent will bring the keys directly to the apartment.

Surcharge for bed linen and towels: €7 per person
Tourist tax: €6.88 (per person/per day, for the first 7 days of the stay)
These fees must be paid directly before arrival, either by card or bank transfer.
