The apartment is located in a building inhabited by both locals and tourists. It is modern, with an open kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a sofa bed, air conditioning and TV.

In addition, the apartment offers Wi-Fi connection and a balcony with beautiful views of the city. In short, it is fully equipped to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Your arrival time will determine how you receive the keys. You will either need to pick them up at the office in the center of Barcelona (near Plaza Catalunya) or an agent will bring the keys directly to the apartment.

It is important to note that the apartment is on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator.

A security deposit of €200 is required, which can be paid by bank card or transfer. This deposit will be refunded on your departure day, as long as the house rules have been respected.

To access the apartment, we will provide you with a secure link that will allow you to open the door using your mobile phone.
Please note that a Wi-Fi or mobile internet connection is required for this system to function. If you anticipate not having internet access upon arrival, kindly inform us in advance so that we may arrange an alternative check-in method.
