We built this small new bastide with private swimming pool, in a set of 2 bastides, completely identical but totally separate (you don't share anything) in a small new hamlet in the village. Soothing view of the surrounding hills. There will never be neighbors in front to spoil the view! No view of one on the other! Your privacy is protected! Each house has its own private swimming pool.

New, fully equipped and carefully decorated in a style that is both contemporary and chic, we invite you to spend a moment of relaxation by the private 8 x 4 m swimming pool with an unobstructed view of the hills and the surrounding wild nature.
In the heart of a lovely little valley in Provence, and a preserved village (Propiac), it is the ideal place to 'take a break'!
65 m² approximately, we offer a ground floor with fitted kitchen, pleasant living room full of light, and small cellar.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, an open sleeping area, bathroom with Italian shower, and separate toilet.
Entirely new, our little bastide is equipped with WiFi, international 82 cm Led TV, DVD player.

Miscellaneous: no disabled access.
An animal allowed if well educated and respectful of the furniture, and that he does not bark constantly so as not to disturb our other bastide. Compulsory cleaning if animal
